This is a Beautiful Woolly Mammoth molar from the Pleistocene of Siberia! The molar is in good condition with great enamel and a partial root! It has several repaired breaks but isn't restored! It has been coated in a layer of Paraloid B72 for extra stabilization! Mammoths are a type of elephant with long curved tusks. The Woolly Mammoth lived in all northern areas in the late Pleistocene from 400 to 4 thousand years ago. It stood up to 11 feet tall (3.3 meters) and weighed up to 6.5 tons. The molar measures 6.96 inches long x 4.67 inches tall x 3.25 inches thick (17.67 x 11.86 x 8.25 cm) and weighs 52.45 ounces! A great opportunity to own a piece of the most iconic Ice Age mammal!
