Shipping and Returns



When can I expect my order? 

Once we receive your order, we will get it in the hands of your preferred carrier within 1-3 business days. Items will be shipped minimum 24 hours after order is received to allow for corrections or cancellations. Orders received Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. During your checkout process, you will choose a shipping method and location. Your shipping time will vary based on the info provided, and tracking information will automatically update once a shipping label has been printed. If your preferred carrier is not listed, please contact us at After that, please check the carrier’s tracking information for your item’s delivery date. USPS Tracking® & most carriers provide end-to-end item tracking. With the tracking number, you can check delivery progress online, by phone, and by text. We do not have any additional information once the item is handed to the carrier. Some items may require a signature upon delivery. We combine shipping on all orders.


What if I need my order quickly?

Contact us asap at We can coordinate and ship the item quickly if the post office is still open that day. However, you will forfeit the protection of changing, cancelling or altering the order within the first 24 hours. You may also choose expedited shipping at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all international countries that USPS allows. For a list of countries with service disruptions go to:

Please be aware we do not offer refunds if the item is lost or damaged in transit to an international country. We are not responsible for shipping delays to international countries.


What about customs, VAT, import taxes?

Customs forms will be filled out with the value of the item purchased and will not be altered under any circumstances. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Every item will be accurately described on all customs paperwork, classified with the correct tariff code. We will not, under any circumstance, falsify customs declarations. We are obliged to declare the value that you paid. 



What if I ordered by mistake, input the wrong address, or changed my mind? 

Email us at within 24 hours and we can refund your money or change the shipping address. If more than 24 hours have passed, we can adjust only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. If the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address and will not issue a refund at that time. Once you receive the item, see the return/refund policy.


Something is missing from my order/my Item arrived damaged.

Email us at within 24 hours of item arrival to notify us if something is missing from your order. 

We pack all our items with great care and expertise, following industry best practices. Please, however, contact us to arrange insurance if you choose. By default, our shipments are uninsured. In the unlikely event that an item was damaged during shipment & you insured the shipment, it is important to document the damage to both the item and shipping box/package with pictures. We must also be contacted immediately to assist you in filing an insurance claim with the carrier. The compensation will be determined by the insurance company. 


Lost Shipments

Rarely, an order will be very delayed or “lost”. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please go to:  and follow the instructions. We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit due to postal service or courier error. Please contact us to arrange insurance if you would like full value protection. This does not apply to international orders.


What is the return/refund policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or sent a replacement if you desire. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Note: We will not refund shipping costs or credit card processing fees (approximately 3%) UNLESS the return is made due to an error on our part. Refunds or credits will be issued when the returned item has been received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. International refunds will only be issued if the wrong item is sent or if you contact us before the order is shipped.
