This is a labeled collection of 6 authentic (YES THESE ARE REAL!!!) Beautiful Mosasaur teeth from the late Cretaceous of Morocco! Mosasaurs are huge carnivorous marine reptiles that lived alongside dinosaurs from 101 to 66 million years ago. Some approached 60 feet (18 meters) in length! They aren't dinosaurs but are close relatives of snakes and lizards! The teeth are displayed in a 6.25 x 5.25 x .75 Inch Riker Mount! Each one of the six teeth comes from a different species, showing a glimpse into the impressive diversity of Mosasaur species!
The six species of Mosasaur are:
Mosasaurus beaugei: 1.29 inches (3.29 cm) with no repair or restoration.
Thalassotitan atrox: 1.64 inches (4.16 cm) with a repaired break.
